•Sell a full range of Emirates Float Glass products (Clear -Tints - Reflective glass’s).
•Setting a monthly sales forecast to a high level of accuracy for UAE - Sultanate of Oman - Kuwait - Yemen markets based on each customer and product category.
•Meeting consultants to specify Emirates Float Glass products and provide all technical data requited for various options with the coordination with QA/QC department.
•Deterring payment method terms for each customer according to company policy.
•Monitor all payment collection from customers referring to the payment agreement with each customer to eliminate potential credit risk problems, with the assistance and coordination of the account department.
•Submitting monthly report to the management in timely manners that reflect market
situation and conditions as the competition activities (New tactics, price trend…) Opportunities and risk in for each market.
• Monitor sales plan forecast and shipment status for each market, major achievement, lost opportunities.
•Increase market share from existing accounts by developing relationship with decision maker’s at the most senior level as well with site personal and other decision influences.
•Manage client complains and claims till solving and closing each case by case.
•Possess drive to increase the market share by ensuring all sales opportunities represent the company in a professional manner and polished manner which will aid the intention of gaining new business leads and contacts.
•Actively and successfully manage client relationship through all phases of sales cycle process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.
•Participate in sales supporting events as exhibitions, conduct project development and launch new products.
