maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails, responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;

• Conducting orientation on Private and Government sectors, making sure employers are updated on Philhealth program and policies and Ensure that assigned employers/accounts comply with membership, registration, remittance/claims and reporting requirements

• Maintaining the connectivity of all computers, making sure no interruptions, troubleshooting of computer, printers and other office tools. Coordinating to MIS for major problems.

• Frontline services, back office and attending clients
• Encoding of employers membership and remittances.
