• Handling sales of Consumer Electronics, Small and Major Home Appliances (HAIER, GAGGIA & SINBO Brand) in Dubai, North Emirates & Abu Dhabi Market in UAE
• Work as a Merchandiser Team Leader and handling the team of 31 people
• Set up daily, weekly and monthly sales target and incentive plan for Merchandisers
• Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company. Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Update the Merchandisers DSR regularly. Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives and deadlines
• Liaise closely with HR department in solving daily HR issues including discipline compliance, work attitude etc.
• Staff performance appraisal, suggest rewarding, punishment, propose staff dismissal when applicable
• Train members of the sales team in order to make them better sales associates
• Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel
• Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

• Assist Sales team & Merchandisers in planning, organizing and building the sales & support team competencies necessary to sell & develop. Conducting periodic meeting to monitor the sales performance, achievements & solving their problems
• Coordinate import and export operation for allocated accounts

• Assisted in the development of brand marketing strategy, conceptualized and managed the display for the brand at retail and dealer outlets
