Duties and Responsibilities:
• Management of contractors to ensure that performances are carefully
monitored in terms of schedule, quality and safety.
• Prior to plan/start the work, check the supplier’s material and technical
documentation of delivery schedule. Check that the same is in line with
construction schedule and contractual commitment.
• Coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation
from schedule or specifications under the guidance from construction
manager.
• Detect the design errors, and where possible the rectify the same or
request to design engineer to make necessary changes.
• Control contractor claims based on contract documents, drawing
plans, Field change request /change order/site instructions etc.
• Carry out daily checks on contractor's workforce and prepare activity
report of work carried out during the previous day. Reports to supervisor
work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor
personnel and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for
the areas of contractor site activities.
• Regularly participate in HSE activities at site like HSE meetings, toolbox
talks and daily jobsite walks and keep a meticulous record of these.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with
specifications and procedures and with the project objectives for safety,
quality, productivity, schedule and cost.
• Monitor daily construction details and maintain a daily record of
progress in the site.
• Maintain the highest quality standards while administering good
construction safety practices withall onsite activities.
• Ensure that the material handed over to the Subcontractor is controlled,
preserved and issued for the intended purpose.
• Promotes job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job
site hazards immediately.
Barzan Onshore Project, Ras-Laffan, Qatar. Client: Rasgas. Owner: Qatar
Petroleum & Exxon Mobil)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain standards of safety and comply with company’s Health, Safety
and Environmental Management system requirement.
• Review of the project technical specifications, design drawings, technical
instructions, quality system documents, work methods and etc
• Steel structures comprise erection of main pipe rack with miscellaneous
pipe support system, Compressor shelters, access platform of vessels and
equipments, equipment maintenance platforms, walkways, sleeper ways
and its adjoining sub-structures, flare stack, cladding works etc.
• Review look ahead / tracking schedule and monitor daily progress made
by the sub-contractor.
• Prepare punch items and Co-ordination of punch list clearance for system
handover.
• Coordinate to all construction management team concern on different
disciplines related to field.wok activities.
National Chevron Philips Project, Al-Jubail; EPC:JGC (From
(New boiler Power plant Module D&E, NTPC Project; Client : BHEL)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Erection of Light, medium and heavy steel structures.
• Prepare the Load calculations and erection plans of lifting cranes prior
to the erection.
• Plan and schedule labour, material & equipment efficiently and within
set time.
• To interpret instructions and related information into meaningful and
accurate work directives, drawing and guidelines.
• Monitoring and Coordination of punch clearance for system hand over.
• Closely supervise and monitor modification work to be carried out.
