Oversee store operation and seeing to it that the service is at par excellence
•Handle outside catering, corporate meetings and other special events
•Orient, train, evaluate and give constructive feedback to all staff on their job roles and responsibilities
•Coordinate tasks and work with all staff to ensure store flow runs efficiently
•Enforce compliance of all SOP, Policies and Guidelines at all time
•Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe and sanitary food-handling practices
•Address customer concerns or suggestions and work with all staff / Management for continuous improvements
•Serve as an individual contributor and role model by performing needed technical or functional job duties
•Review Daily Sales Report of the outlet/s, conducts Store Audits and submits Management Reports on time
•Communicate to manager without delay all information regarding sales, employees or other important matters and act as a “bridge” between Management and staff / customers
•Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by management at any time
Verify and check compliance of camp on a day to day basis
•Insure the camp staff is maintaining a healthy condition inside the accommodation by using the right cleaning and sterilizing ways with a special attention to the toilet areas.
•Responsible and accountable for Camps, Catering operations, and facilities Management.
•Responsible and monitor to catering staff assigned in mess hall by serving properly to workers.
•Report workers staying in the camp/not reporting to duty on daily basis to
Supervised all catered events, including in-house catering and off-site locations and various service styles, such as box lunch and full dinners for faculty, staff and administrative clients
•Plan and coordinate all aspects of catering, including meeting with clients, service activities, sanitation, and fiscal responsibilities.
•Work with management and staff to ensure cost effective pricing and generate positive revenue from events.
•Supervise staff during all aspects of catered events to ensure high quality service standards and presentations are met.
•Meet with clients to coordinate event-specific details and special requests and develop plan to fulfill or exceed client’s expectations.
•Provide and communicate a layout/ diagram of catering events, including details of table service.
•Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in all catering storage rooms and other catering areas.
•Control all labor schedules in accordance with budgeted costs.
•Acquire and maintain knowledge of current food and catering trends.
•Maintain proper stock level of all catering equipment
•Assist with hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising of all catering staff, including completing staff schedules and providing information about catering events to staff.
