• Receives materials from the vendors, review packing list and the relevant documents prior to unload
and inspect the supplied materials to ensure they are in accordance with the PO requirements.
• Unload the materials and carefully open the packages, physically and dimensionally inspect each item
ensuring supplied items are as per the Purchase Requisition specification requirements.
• Processes each item in SAP and releases them in accordance with the Materials Inventory and
Preservation procedures.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work activities of warehouse.
• Determines items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained using Shell EMA.
• Controls the disbursement of supplies and material through directing the posting of inventory control
cards or automated systems using Shell EMA.
• Inspects items as to quality and quantity against freight documents.
• Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system. Stocks materials according to a

• Counts, weights, and measures of goods received or issued.
• Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and packs outgoing goods.
• Unloads materials from trucks by hand or with hand operated or motorized equipment.
• Maintains catalogs of available stock items.
• Prepares and files complaints about unsatisfactory shipments
• Selects, administers, and documents progressive and corrective disciplinary measures.
• Performs related work as assigned.

• Inspected incoming goods for quality and quantity

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Set up user accounts, email, access permissions, and security settings.
• Perform system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks.
• Monitor IT systems and respond to incidents and service requests.
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (device setup, access removal)
• Train users in basic IT usage and best practices.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards.
• Support office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, collaboration tools).
