- I have experience in construction work Construction Management, large and small scale construction, oversee the quality of work according to the agreed matarial and I am also used to leading a team and can make a Budget Plan. work is in accordance with specifications. Method statement, Material Approval and Shop Drawing. -Ensuring and supervising construction work in accordance with the Master Schedule and work contracts both in terms of quality, cost and time. -Coordinate with Vendors and Subcontractors related to work permits, work sequences. - Supervise the Inspector's Activities Directly.
- Construction of an office building up to a height of 25 floors (Understanding of Construction Structures, Formwork and Scaffolding along with Concrete Casting) in South Jakarta. - Implementation of concrete testing to determine the standard of its compressive strength. - Soil drilling to determine the condition of the soil layer and its carrying capacity.
