• Ensures that the Operations office operates efficiently and productively and act as a main point of contact for external enquiries or communications of the Operations Office
• Provides administrative assistance to the operation; collect data from a variety of sources, generates reports involving judgement and analysis.

• Providing communication to B2B clients by resolving issues in a manner that meets clients expectation
• Tracking and reviewing B2B clients deliverables to provide timely and accurate responses
• Assisting in providing product calories through Menucalc system
