4.Make a requisition of materials and submit an (MIR)Materials Inspection Request and get approval together
With the QAQC engineer.
5.Prepare and gather all documents in securing permit such as Method of Statement, Work Notification, Risk
Assessment, Entrance and Exit gate Pass, Excavation Permit, (NOC)No Objection Certificate from DEWA, RTA
and DCA.
6.Make it sure that the work is conform with Safety Regulation and Standard.
7.Make sure the work is done in order and must be strict in compliance with the quality qualification of the
company.
8.Make sure that the Engineer and Junior Engineer is submitting Inspection Request on every task or every
stage of work.
9.Prepare a schedule of activities and program of work on Monthly basis and Make an update report Weekly.
10.Prepare progress of work and submit to Quantity Surveyor for Billing purposes.
11.Maintain a good relationship with the team specially for the staff (Engineer, Junior Engineer, Surveyor, and
Fore mans) and do a weekly progress meeting.

1.Handle and manage all the activity in PRECAST YARD AND SHUTTERING YARD such as steel fixing activity, carpentry work and masonry works.
2.Preparing shuttering for two tunnels and for services.
3.Precasting all chambers for services.
4.Always aware of the materials need in shutter making and in pre casting, and be sure to make of the requisition of materials and order concrete.
5.Give instructions to the foreman with regards to the schedule and activity base on priority.
6.Review the shop drawing and prepare the sketch on shutter to be made.
7.Prepare and submit the request for inspection on every shutter and precast to be made prior to date.
8.Represent the yard in every inspection with regards to the RFI schedule.
9.Prepare schedule of activity daily and weekly basis.
10.Posting data on every task accomplish daily and weekly basis.
11.In casting chambers check all the drawings before casting and make sure it is approved drawings and conforms with specification.
12.Prepare all paper works with regards of works and manpower needs such as overtime paper etc.
13.Always make sure that the yard is ahead 1 week with the activity in site.
14.Maintain the safety regulation in site as well the safety of the workers.
15.Must be strict in compliance with the quality of work.
16.In charges in delivery of shutter in site especially in the tunnel area must be prior to schedule.
17.Make sure of all the records must safe in all materials incoming and outgoing in yard.
18.Handle manage carefully and wholeheartedly the precast and shuttering yard.
