• Assign in piping division for the client scope of work for supervising, controlling and monitoring of AG (aboveground) and UG (underground) piping materials.
• In-charge for preparing MIS (material issue slip) for withdrawals by checking the availiability through by FMCS (field material control system) & receiving, issuing of materials & filing of documents with associated signatories.
• Coordinate through the assigned staff of main contractor (Material controller/Supervisor/Manager) to carry out in putting of coded materials item data to Field Material Control Systems (FMCS) for further requisition & issuance for technical verification of items and associated documentation.
• Implementing a high degree of housekeeping and stocking to make it sure all materials are properly identified to quick and easy to locate the location.
• Establish & implement procedures for the control & administration of the stores personnel storage areas /mechanized handling equipment & the receiving /inspection/storing & issuing of equipments & materials.

• Make sure that all materials to be issue to construction team is based on ISO drawing and its bill of materials and by its Color coding system.
• Coordinates to Engineering Dept. if the materials are not included to BOM for clarification.
