• Acts as “SAP super-user” of the team addressing SAP issues, SAP user-access, and other systems’ challenges, especially those related to month-end closing activities which are tagged as “high-critical.”
• Devised automated reconciliation file aimed to streamline the reconciliation of excise duty liability, vendor account, and inventory account, using various report pulled-out in GSAP, across the centers, reducing the time spent on doing the process by 75%.
• Devised automated Excise Duty Return file (country specific) that shortened the time-spent on preparing manual returns by 50%.
• Acts as subject matter expert of the team, interpreting accounting guidelines over the GL accounts handled and owned by the team, highlighting deviation from IFRS and providing timely solutions to resolve the issue.

• Entrusted by the engagement executive to handle a first-time audit client with high-valued inventory and property and equipment accounts (more than Php150M). Performed audits of opening balances to obtain reasonable assurance that the Company’s financial statements is reasonably stated, uncovering material misstatements in prior years that resulted to adjustments and restatements of the opening balances.
• Was able to successfully present the results of our audit with a client in the absence of engagement supervisors due to time constraints, receiving commendable results for timely resolution of issues.
• Was able to uncover deficiency in a company’s control over cash collection policy, receiving positive comments from the management, the issue being raised through Management Letter points, with proposals how to effectively execute the relevant control/s.
