• Develop dynamic emergency preparedness and continuity of operations programs for Homeland Security clients including development of comprehensive plans, management policies, and standard operating procedures compliant with Federal requirements and Departmental policy.

• Maintained detailed employee databases with sensitive personal information and developed procedures for collecting and storing information in a secure system.
• Revised standing procedures to enhance efficiency of data collection and save considerable time and money by combining processes and updating hiring and termination documents.
University Honors Program graduate with Latin and Greek honors. Focus was on international governance, comparative justice, peace and conflict resolution, and the Arabic language. Received Dean's level scholarship and made the Dean's list regularly.
