Duties and responsibilities:
• To conduct the following in-house tests for raw materials and final product (ready mixed.
• Concrete and maintain all records of material test reports.
• Sieve Analysis Tests ( Coarse and Fine aggregates)
• Dust Content of Aggregate
• Specific Gravity & Water Absorption (Coarse & Fine Aggregate)
Flakiness Index.
• Elongation Index
• Moisture Content of Aggregate
• Bleeding Test of fresh concrete
• Air Content
• Compressive Strength TesT
• Bulk Density
• Aggregate crushing value & aggregate impact value ( 20mm, 10 mm aggregate)
❖ Monitor timely independent & in-house calibration of testing equipment according to the specified frequency.
❖ To maintain records of non-conforming raw materials & final product.
❖ To conduct trial mixes for new mix designs so as to satisfy the clients' requirements.
❖ Check uniformity, workability and concrete temperature of the batched concrete at plan so as to meet relevant specifications.
❖ Check workability and temperature of concrete at site to ensure product acceptance by customer according to standards.
❖ Prepare concrete testing specimens (cubes) at both batching plant and at site to carry out the required tests for final acceptance of our product.
❖ Coordinate with plant team (technical and production) from site to ensure continuity of product compliance by doing the necessary adjustments before or after batching the concrete.
❖ Coordinate with operators to optimize used ice quantity in concrete to meet the required concrete temperature.
❖ Coordinate with plant operators to rework, downgrade or reject noncom plying products based on Technical Manager's instructions.

❖ Performs plant trial mix designs as given by the customer
❖ Crushing cubes (7 days and 28 days) to determine the strength of the concrete.
❖ Responsible for checking the quality of concrete, assuring good quality before delivering to the customers.
❖ Checking concrete by using Slump Test, Flow Test, Temperature, Air Content, Fresh Density.
❖ Coordinates with the engineers and consultants before start checking concrete at the site.
❖ Reporting any variations occurred to immediate supervisor
❖ Prepares daily report activities
