Design safety training programs for employee and ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs and draft all materials for training programs within required timeframe.

•Conducting Daily in house safety walkthrough of shutdown village as well as inside plant

•Companies HSE policy implementation.
•Close monitoring of all critical activities like lifting and rigging, Confined Space entry jobs, Blinding/De-spading, Hot work activities, Inert Gas entry jobs in Reactors, etc.
•Identifying of Risk / Hazard involved in Turnaround Activity & Training / Supervision of work force to minimize Risk & complete work in safe manner.
•Conducting in house safety training to the employees about their related task.
•Organize site so that work is carried out to the required standards with minimum risk to men, equipment and materials.
•Monitoring of hazardous area where work has to be done.
•Checking of all safety equipment’s and PPE.
•Preventing LTI’s, work related injuries, accidents.
•Learning from past accidents & incidents study to minimize future risks.
•Introduce new HSE’s procedures and guidelines as relevant and update exiting ones.
•Conducting routine & non-routine HSE Inspections & On-target Audits of site, Plant, equipment & machinery.
•Conducting stand down meetings.
•Preparation of daily SFOC’s and SPSP’s.
