Help in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
•Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
•Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
•Encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
•Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
•Perform other work related tasks as required as assigned.
•Conduct Health and Safety Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
•Write, implement, and manage Health and Safety Programs, Policies and Procedures.
•Perform facility Health and Safety Inspections.
•Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment.

Review Permit-to-work before validating for the days’ activity.
Performs scheduled walk through to identify current and residual hazards.
Conducts tools and equipment’s inspection and re-inspection upon expiry.
Attend STARRT present additional information of the task of the worker.
Supervises day-to-day activities within a particular construction workplace.
Ensures that workers make use of necessary protective equipment like helmets, hand gloves, welding face shields etc., whenever necessary.
Investigates accidents and tackle their causes
Generates weekly reports for management, meetings for staff and general site, work instructions/risk assessments.
Performs duty as assigned by FHSE Manager.
Assign workers their duties and inspects work as prescribed ACHSI standards of cleanliness.
•Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping services and Housekeeping equipments and take corrective actions.
•Obtain list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective discharges to prepare work assignments.
•Coordinate work activities among departments.
•Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of housekeeping equipments.
•Inventory stock monitoring to ensure adequate stocking level.
•Evaluate records to forecast department personnel requirements.
•Make recommendations to improve services and ensure more efficient operations.
•Perform cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage.
•Inspect premises to determine need of repairs or replacements of furniture’s and make recommendations to facility management.
•Issue supplies and housekeeping equipment to workers.
•Establish standards and procedures of housekeeping staffs.
•Advise Nurse In-charge, desk clerk, or admitting personnel of rooms ready for occupancy.
•Record data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports.
•Officer in Charge for Safety and Risk Assessment of the Hospital
•Conducts fire training on a regular basis.
•Inspects possible risk and assess the situation.
•Oversees Kitchen and Coffee Shop operation.
