Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring, control and operation of computerized building supervisory and control systems (SCADA), Fire Alarm Systems, Gas leak detection Systems, Utility Metering Systems and Security Systems
• Testing and Commissioning of Building Automation System startup
• Provide guidance and reports thru radio communication to respective technical teams all operation abnormalities
• Maintenance of all microprocessor based DDC, PLC panels, sensors, transmitters, VFD’s, etc. for the automation systems
• Perform necessary reprogramming of BAS/BMS Control Systems graphical programs
• In-charge for building utilities metering (BTU and SNG metering)
• Location, diagnosis and correction of equipment malfunctions
• Investigation of complaints regarding equipment
• Maintenance of daily log sheets recording equipment operations
• Performs repairs and maintenance on electronic control and metering equipment
• Comply with company rules and regulations including health and safety procedures and Work Order implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Formulates new or maintain existing PC Board Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) to ensure PC board quality
• Works with technicians or other engineers to perform scheduled and non-scheduled system maintenance which includes regular calibration, system upgrade, troubleshooting and component level repair using electronic equipments (multimeter, oscilloscopes, etc) and may perform rework (soldering/desoldering).
• Support new product transfer startup, set-up and commissioning of new equipment.
• • Designs and fabricates customized Test Equipment Systems which includes electronic circuit hardware design, embedded software programming and PCB design and layout
• Responsible in test equipment programs, validation, verification, upgrade and/or repair.
• May create test program solutions/simulations on diagnostic programs bug issues
• Conducts training courses to technicians (System maintenance, new hire training)
• Performs regular 5S audits on work area to promote efficiency and safety on workplace

• Provides constant feedback to all concerned regarding the cause of the defects encountered
• Confirms and corrects defects to ensure total quality satisfaction for customers
• Monitors and analyzes data gathered for proper and quick countermeasure to be undertaken in coordination with the other section concerned.
