RESPONSABILITIES

• Implementing & Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company
• Implementing & Managing the operations of all the facilities and buildings within the designated area and to facilitate maintenance, cleaning, pest control, waste management, Landscaping and developing the division in formulating strategies and plans in-line with the guidelines set by the department and the business strategy.
• Putting in place adequate operational planning, financial and quality (KPI) / (SLI) control systems
• Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are optimized
• Preparation & Monitoring of annual budget
• Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets
• Maintaining the operational performance of the company
• Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
• Monitoring project progress and performance
• Ensuring QHSE Rules and QHSE Audits
• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
• Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs
• Providing regular status reports to major clients in monthly and quarterly basis
• Presentation of Monthly KPI’s with Plans - Progress & Problems
• Preparation of Tender Documents
• Evalution of submitted tender documents
• Contracts Management upon award following the SLA and implementation of strategies
• Implementation of Building Information Management System, CAFM and Smart Technology solution to enhance the reporting, operations while reducing cost to the business
