Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the spa

Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information and internal staff contact lists as well

Maintain the district copy paper inventory, solicit prices and re-order when necessary.

Encode customers’ remittances/acknowledgements/pawns and redemptions.
Accept and count payments for remittances from the customers.
Record all daily transactions in the computer.
Prepare all the printed reports for the branch manager.
Check computer daily and report any problems to the branch manager.
Prepare/Record reports of the daily transactions manually.
Receive and give money to the customers.
Encode all the remittances and acknowledgements all the customers’ have provided.
Make/ issue customers’ official receipts.
Prepare cash for the everyday transactions (check fund availability, small bills and coins for change.)
