• Talent Acquisition:
o Managed the entire recruitment process including
requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job ads,
sourcing, application review, screening, interviewing and offer
process for Lebanon and across the MEA region.
• Controlling and Analytics:
o Actively involved in preparing and updating monthly reports
(Masterfile, Absenteeism, Attrition, HR KPIs, HR Metrics etc.).
o Analyzed and leveraged people data to identify trends and
recommend proven solutions and action plans that improve
engagement and retention.
• HRIS:
o Worked on the implementation process of Success Factors
SAP; handled all data collection, cleaning and migration into
the new system.
o Creation of all new positions and employee profiles on
system.
o Ensured accurate and proper record-keeping of employee
information in paper and digital format.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management:
o Assisted in the performance management process by
supporting managers, providing them with beneficial advice
and communicating with staff about issues affecting their
performance.
o Provided advice and guidance to managers and
employees on policies and procedures.
o Acted as the first point of contact for any HR issue.
o Liaised with HR COEs on various HR compensation, diversity,
employment law, employee relations, L&D, recruiting and
reporting topics.
