Manages the Operations Crew Support and Training department whose primary function is to provide administrative services to crew members. These includes but not limited to; Indoctrination and document processing for the newly hired cabin and cockpit crew, Monitoring of crew documents, Visas, Iqamas, licenses, medicals and ensures validity, Responsible in looking after Cockpit and Cabin Crew Training needs. These includes; scheduling of of SIM training at selected training vendor’s abroad and arrange logistics. Ensures crew currency on their seat and aircraft assignments, Administer and liaise other crew training such as CBT-CTS, General Emergency Training (GET) and any other training that may be required, Maintenance of Aircraft Flight Management System (FMS), Data Bases and Jeppesen Manuals for all aircrafts operated by NasJet-Business Aviation, Ensures compliance with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations; Updates of Company General Operations Manual (GOM), Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and Operations Specifications (OpsSpecs) in coordination with the Director of Operations and the Chief Pilot. Performs a variety of tasks; conducts employee reviews, design task assignments and participate on employee’s development program to drive continuous improvement, Demonstrates leadership principles; provides excellent customer service that includes maintaining an open honest relationship with the crew and operates in a professional manner that represents both the employees and company’s best interest.
I am a member of the NetJets Audit Team who regularly audits Aviation Vendors abroad - the objective of the audit is to assess the current operations of the aviation vendor to determine areas where they could improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of its aviation operations. Accordingly, such audits included checks of the records and procedures considered necessary; the administrative processes and executive use, continuing need of safety, proper operation of aircraft, and crew records
a. Analyzed aircraft schedule and crew utilization for optimal utilization of aircraft and crewing availability for appropriate flight coverage.
b. Participated in all decision making activities for operations control center.
c. Maintained aircraft for all preventative maintenance activities.
d. Prepared reports for department managers and provided feedback when needed.
e. Developed presentations, diagrams and customer reports for Manager.
f. Coordinated with Maintenance Department to maintain technical records of aircraft.
g. Operated computer systems and assist to resolve all issues
h. Familiarity with aviation scheduling software
Responsible on a day-to-day supervision of operations staff and leading them on designated shift assignment in the operations department; ensures the daily monitoring of Aircrafts operational requirements, such as Aircraft Data Bases and Aircraft Flight Manuals. Ensures quality processes, delivery and performance.
In Addition to being Supervisor, I am also the Drug and Alcohol Program Coordinator and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT). My duties include; administer Initial and Recurrent Drug and Alcohol indoctrination to all crewmembers holding safety sensitive positions in the operations. Conducts series of alcohol test using Breath Alcohol Device approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the local Aviation Authority of the Kingdom.
Identifies and coordinates local and international training needs of crewmembers. Monitors training schedule and ensure implementation; monitors the validity of crewmembers licenses and assist in the renewal process. Checks and validates training invoices and other invoices related to crew training and other expenses.Prepares visa documentations; assists in the crewmembers expense disbursement process and other logistics. Prepares reports and provide briefings to the Director of Training on the day’s operation. Similarly, I participated in the audit of our Flight Training School vendors. This audit includes; checking the facility and the simulators where trainings are conducted, determines whether the curriculum stated on our training program is strictly followed. Checks instructor qualification and records; currency on aircraft assignments and ensure they are in compliance with the local civil aviation requirements.
Collates data reports for the attention of the Chairman’s Office Manager. In-charge in the preparation of presentation documents, graphs and reports needed for
analyzing divisional Bank’s performance. Assist in the preparation of yearly budget and help monitors implementation. Assist in the preparation of initiation and quality plan documents for opening an international retail branches. Prepare meeting agendas, schedules and other logistics. Briefly worked as Management Information Systems (MIS) Clerk at the Credit Card Center Division, Duties includes; assist in checking and scrutinizing of applications received. Ensures correctness of information provided and counter-checked authenticity of documents. Assists in monitoring customers that are on 30, 60, 90 and 120 days delinquency and provides report.
In-charge in the overall performance of twenty (20) commissary workers. It includes; auditing the cashiers and check staff performances. Administer physical
inventory and cash count; prepare comparative price quotations from vendors and endorse decisions for management’s final approval. Assist in the preparation of year end audit and budget reports. Prepare daily, monthly and forecast activity report. Attend to customer needs and grievances. Controls daily operational expenditures; monitor and reconcile bank statement positions; administer expense and payroll disbursements. Assist in the documentation process of
Letter of Credit (L/C’s) and Letter of Guarantee (L/G’s). Assist in the year end audit and budget preparations. Collate other reports, summarize and prepare responses.
