General Management role of the following brands: Marks & Spencer, F&F (Tesco), Arcadia Group (Top Shop & Top Man), New Look, Jennyfer, Promod, Quiz, Lipsy, Collezione, SuiteBlanco, Desigual and Cortefiel.

Responsible for the following:
Merchandise: Placing the stock orders for each store of each brand, setting up the OTB budgets, providing market specific product feedback to each brand, to where possible adjust product range to country specific needs. Responsible for the pricing matrix and the margin planner, marketing and promotional calendar.

Operations: Implementation of daily processes to ensure the store operations, maximizing every sale opportunity. VM implementation, Customer Service training and follow up, commercial floor walks, setting up KPIs, recruitment and selection, training programs. Daily logistics follow ups. Profit & Lost accounts submission and business review and strategic forward planning every month.

Expansion: New sites research, floor layouts, Profit & Lost draft per location, brand approval, project submission for board approval, stock allocation by quantity, department and family splits. Project management and delivery of the store. Expanded the business from 8 stores to 42 stores. (24 months)

My biggest achievements were a 12 months cumulative Mystery Shoppers results with an average result of 97% score compared with 89% for the rest of the store and cumulative Like for like sales growth of +0.6% within the contest of challenging retail conditions at the time.
