Post - General Manager - Assistant/ Document Controller
Job Profile
• I was reporting to the General Manager.
• Overall in-charge of all Co-ordination and administrative works in Engineering Dept.
• Serves as the controlling point of all the engineering documents in the Engg. Dept.
• Responsible for the documentation and co-ordination for ISO certification process and ISO auditing from time to time.
• Assisting Engg. Manager with works related to ISO Auditing.
• Controlling and archiving the e-files related to each job in the Server (in FAS- File Archiving System).
• Maintaining of an effective filing and archiving system for paper documents and electronic documents and accurately distribute to relevant Engineers, Coordinators, etc.
• Document submittal and receipt, document status indication to the Engineering manager and Supervisors.
• Maintaining and updating the employee database and vacation log in the Engineering Systems (ES) program.
• Maintaining and updating all the files and registers, E-mail conversations etc.
• Co-ordinating with Logistics Dept., Production Dept. and Customer Service Dept. for the proper flow of each job.
• Releasing of the approval and production drawings of all the jobs from Engineering Dept (in FAS and BOM- Bill Of Materials- programs).
• Keeping & updating the schedule of the Approval and Production releases of each job in the server (Master Schedule (MS) program and FAS program - File Archiving System)
• Prepare the Approval & Detailing Engineering Register on monthly and yearly basis, report it to the Engineering Manager and update it.
• Ensures local network security, updates MBS (Metal Building Systems- design software) dongles, communicate with PED (Product Enhancement Dept.) to archive Correspondences between Engineering and MBS company for updates and answers.
• Co-ordinating with the group supervisors and the staff for the timely release of each job.
• Responsible of maintaining the Engineering Library.
• Daily Attendance Report to Manager (Attendance Software) and monthly Attendance Report to Accounts Salary Division (Attendance Software).
Post - Site Administrator
Job Profile
• I was reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Projects)
• Arranging the manpower requirement for all the construction sites of the company.
• Fixing of rate for the supply.
• Coordinating with the project managers and suppliers to get the sufficient manpower in each site.
• Coordinating with all the sites for the smooth operation of construction works.
• Submitting weekly reports of manpower in all the sites to the management.
Post - Site Co-ordinator

• Control and manage all inward and outward inventory of the site.
• Maintaining the petty cash account.
• Managing all the accounts related to site.

• Reconciliation of accounts with head office.
• Maintain all registers and updating daily.

• Control and manage all inward and outward inventory of the site.

• Updating all the transactions in the ERP software “Quadra”.
• Coordinate with the project manager to get the material at site.
