Technical assistance to the Project Manager for the bidding process of the new metro line of Manila. Preparation of a feasibility study for the rehabilitation of a freight railway in Metro Manila, as well as a new transportation system in Manila Bay.
• Review of plans, specifications, cost estimates, for accuracy, presentation, and conformance with established engineering practices.
• Preparation of conceptual designs and engineering calculation, and supervise the drafting of plans.
• Participate in value engineering and analysis of proposed projects
• Collaborate with technical team in preparation of studies, reports and proposals.
• Preparation of presentations and reports for projects being undertaken.
Technical assistance to the Project Manager for the construction of airport runways, roadways, schools and offices for the Colombian government.
• Preparation of costs estimates and assessments
• Monitoring of site construction, inspection of works, and control of project: Schedule Delay, Cost Overrun, and Quality Level
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the client
• Value completed work and review payment certificates, variation orders and claims.
• Assisting in resolution of contractual matters
• Meeting with client, engineers, architects, project consultants, contractors and subcontractors. Preparation of minutes.
