HR Operational / Business Excellence :
•Partnering with senior management to identify business led HR solutions that deliver strategic change and providing solutions on both people and organisational issues.
•Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
•Responsible for the compliance of all in-house HR activities according to local legal requirements and all the policies and regulations.

• Devising various EE programs like Employee Voice@DORMA, Ask the Boss, D-Pop, Employee Loyalty Card and Various operational incentive programs (Monetary/Non-Monetary).
• Successfully administered Gallup EE survey (Pre-Training, Survey, Post-training, Action Plans)
• Responsible to implement all corporate training programs created by DORMA Academy either inhouse or through local vendors across MENA. Also measure the ROI on each L&D programs (technical/non technical) based on certain performance measures.
• Build external relationships with reputed Universities, support of Internships and Scholarship programs implementation as part of HR Branding.
• Also responsible for implementing Global HR Controlling standards and fulfillment of key performance indicators as defined in the Regional HR scorecards


Major Contributions:
• Successfully integrated the Talent Management Program in MENA region with 20 Management & Top Executives.
• Played a key role in achieving highest participation rate in the first Employee Engagement with Gallup reaching 92% (Trained by Gallup).
