HR Operational / Business Excellence :
•Partnering with senior management to identify business led HR solutions that deliver strategic change and providing solutions on both people and organisational issues.
•Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
•Responsible for the compliance of all in-house HR activities according to local legal requirements and all the policies and regulations.
•Work closely and proactively with the business to initiate and support business changes through HR business partnership
•Formulate, implement & regularly review/amend HR policies, practices & procedures to ensure effective management of human capital in line with corporate policy, market practices & labour laws.
•Provide advice and assistance to line managers to ensure that a sound and practical day-to-day people management approach is adopted.
•Advising and guiding management in best practice performance management and ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies and applicable employment law.
•Develop, administer, and present employee climate survey, new hire survey, and exit interview assessments
•Participate as a team member on HR projects and contribute towards developing new HR products, improved processes and systems to enable HR to provide better service.
•Nominated as a HCM CSR Champion to implement/support various initiatives across the BU’s. Lead MYTG intranet program for HCM.
•Won the CSR champion Certificate for 2017-18

Organisational Development
•Leading the Organizational Development Strategy across both HQ & Site.
•Successful Implementation of OD projects on Organisational Culture, Leadership Programs across the business
•Leading the infrastructure for Group Career Framework (Core Competencies, Behaviours, Aptitudes), Career Development Team and Succession Planning (9 box)
•Managed a Total Reward (TR) plan for the entire group - job analysis, evaluation, salary surveys, creating a new salary grading structure with benefits, bonus scheme, implementing work levels.
•Project Managed creation of all new Job Profiles, Profiling Checklists for Interview and Selection process and Designation Specific Questioning Techniques with specific empahsis on Operational roles
•Leading OD projects on Mentoring, Buddy Program, Fundamentals of Management, TG Graduate program, BSC (Balance Scorecard).

Responsibilities:
• With expertise discharged with all functions involved in managing entire gamut of HR functions across Dubai, North Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Gabon) and South Africa (Johnnesburg), USA (Houston) and Hong Kong right from Corporate HR Strategy to Standard HR process.
• Lead all Regional HR functions and provide leadership to decentralized HR functions, build an HR organization that fits the requirements of markets in the Region.
• Responsible to recruit all position upto the senior level of management using varied recruitment sources across multi-country portfolio.
• Provide professional HR advice and ensure HR administration in accordance to local legislation, HR basics are delivered on time every time with high process excellence.
• Ensure all entities and employees conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures, UAS’s code of conduct and compliance guidelines.
• Responsible to create and implement customized Grading System, HRIS and other HR process in line with the company requirement.

Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Regional Director-MENA & Area HR Director - MMA, entrusted with overall responsibility of managing/Implementing end to end HR strategy, management & development functions as an HR Generalist and spearheading regional HR functions across MENA (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Levant, Morocco).
• Actively involved as the business partner within the region for execution of area HR strategy into excellent regional HR structures & processes
• Implemented Competency based recruitment and selection process for both White Collar and Blue Collar Workers
• Maintains a job title catalogue and appropriately archives updated job descriptions on system.
• Preparing analyzing and maintaining the training information database and training statistics for management reporting/budgeting.
• Reviewing training evaluations, trainer performance and feedback to improve training effectiveness through the implementation of Kirkpatrick level 3 (in process).

Organisational Development
• Responsible to implemenet DORMA’s Leadership Principles program across MENA with engagement activities
• Devising and effectuating global talent management program in the respective region including strategic succession management and the execution of individual training and development practices as per the Org Goals, HR Vision/Strategy (9 Box - Potental vs Performance Matrix Concept).
• Devising various EE programs like Employee Voice@DORMA, Ask the Boss, D-Pop, Employee Loyalty Card and Various operational incentive programs (Monetary/Non-Monetary).
• Successfully administered Gallup EE survey (Pre-Training, Survey, Post-training, Action Plans)
• Responsible to implement all corporate training programs created by DORMA Academy either inhouse or through local vendors across MENA. Also measure the ROI on each L&D programs (technical/non technical) based on certain performance measures.
• Build external relationships with reputed Universities, support of Internships and Scholarship programs implementation as part of HR Branding.
• Also responsible for implementing Global HR Controlling standards and fulfillment of key performance indicators as defined in the Regional HR scorecards


Major Contributions:
• Successfully integrated the Talent Management Program in MENA region with 20 Management & Top Executives.
• Played a key role in achieving highest participation rate in the first Employee Engagement with Gallup reaching 92% (Trained by Gallup).
• Also as part of the management team, worked towards customer engagement program.
• Successfully led HR due-diligence & change management towards DORMA’s acquisition project in Kuwait
• Instrumental in positioning MENA as the first region in DORMA world to have HR service level agreements.
• Created excellent regional HR structures & processes by implementing the area HR strategy, enabling the region to succeed towards DORMA 2020 goals.
