Job Description:
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Formulates and/or upgrades organizational structure (including its staffing patterns, line of authority and coordination, etc) of various
department in accordance to its operations
• Formulates and recommends additional/new policies that are not present in the existing company policy to be in line with the current
trend of global industry and in accordance to international standards
• Reviews and recommends revisions and/or amendments of any articles/sections/paragraphs of existing policies that are deemed obsolete,
inconsistent with the new labor standards, in contradiction to the revised company's goals and objective, impracticality due to the advent of modern technology etc.
• Takes the lead in the annual review and evaluation of Company Policy, Employee Code of Discipline, Health and Safety Policy
• Takes the lead in the publication, IEC and orientation of new/revised/amended policy in part or in whole to various departments
• Submits job analysis program, conducts job analysis and regularly upgrades job description and job specification to cope up with the dynamics of global business industry and in accordance to the International Standard Occupational Classification
• Reports and proposes any current trends that may be necessary may be applicable and necessary for upgrading the company standards

PLANNING, RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, PLACEMENT, AND MANPOWER FORECASTING

• Prepares, submits, and updates manpower plan with considerations to the following: o Systematic Forecasting of Manpower Needs as a result of proposed expansion, impending resignation, anticipated completion of work contracts
o Performance Management
o Career Management
o Management Development
o Inventory of Manpower and adoption of new technologies

• Formulates recruitment procedures/policy in alliance with the company policy
• Proposes/selects recruitment strategies to be used in consideration to the organizational structure and in adherence to the recruitment policy
• Directs and manages the actual recruitment activities of the company
• Ensures proper selection of applicants base on job description and job specifications
• Oversees the placement of newly hired employees
