I am currently with Identiv, India as Technical Manager - Software. I have been worked in the capacities of both an architect and a Product Manager in my current company, and have handled complex products for on-time delivery to our customers. This involves interpreting and implementing various standards in our product, and also maintain performance with quality.
I have also worked with teams in developing automation tools for validating our company's products for compliance to ISO and EMV standards. I have worked with validation teams in creating a complete Validation Test Plan through to the Validation Test Report to release of the product.
The foundation of my achievements to date lies in my ability to focus on the end users needs, understand the complexities at hand and provide fast and stable solutions for challenges faced during the course of the product development. Possessing a diverse set of leadership skills, I assure you of driving the product strategy with quality and achieve the company's directive towards growth.
