I possess an substantial experience in Mechanical sector in many positions such as : Mechanical manager/ Mechanical workshop supervisor (Controlling workshop efficiency /operation /equipment’s/machineries/facilities /store) & technical evaluation of MOC & experienced with Material Management (SAP MM) plus mechanical maintenance (repair/overhaul/follow up and service) Heavy-duty machineries from every single caterpillar’s machinery through mobile and tower cranes along with reach stacker and road milling machines next to all types of trucks finally servicing & troubleshooting (DC /AC Generators).
Controlling all types of breakdowns: Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical).

● Planned preventive Maintenance on heavy duty machineries. (Caterpillars, trucks, reach stacker, Asphalt milling machines, cranes.) fixing and repair all backdowns (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic).
● Maintained OEE on all equipment’s to achieve a run performance goal & Technical evaluation of MOC.
● Supervise mechanical workshop along with mechanical store up to 50 manpower.

● Repair / maintained /overhaul / refurbished / follow up Heavy-Duty machineries, such as heavy-duty caterpillars (Dozers D9, chain excavators 320D, wheel Loaders 980k, 966G, Graders 140H, Rollers, plus trucks, cranes Liebherr 120 tones & Grove cranes 70 tones plus Generators DC&AC.
● Servicing and repair all the machineries breakdowns (mechanical / electrical /hydraulic) in the workshop and on the working sites.
● Experienced with Material Management ( SAP MM )
● Ensuring optimum utilization of equipment and space by coordinating the layout of areas such as storage areas, project area, test equipment .
● Lead the day-to-day and strategic management of MAG mechanical assets and workshop ensuring high standards of performance, safety and optimization of costs. Ensuring effective and timely maintenance, servicing and repair of MAG mechanical assets and equipment.
● Control mechanical workshop from the machinery’s maintenance and repair to the facilities till the Store management
● Ensure the health and safety of all machineries.
● Daily supervision and support of employees in the respective work.
●Manage risks and investigate potentially serious situations to circumvent problems.
● Preform monthly and weekly safety training and courses to stay up to date with safety environment
