• Account Management - interacting with new and current clients

• Logistics Planning - booking apartment/villas/schools schedule for Director of Client Services
• CRM System - establish, maintain and manage new company wide system
• Service Execution & Billing Tracking - developed system for efficient performance communication
• Utility Services - executed settling in services (DEWA, EJARI, Empower)
• Market Research - Researching a vast amount of companies from a diverse range of industries
Alpro Soya - Kettering
Alpro Soya is the largest manufacturer of soya-based products in Europe, with manufacturing sites in
Belgium, France and UK. Customers include
AECOM is assisting the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency, in partnership with the Kazakhstan
Government, in the upgrading of existing Kazakhstan biological facilities along with new build installations
and training for the staff of the existing biological facilities. Project cost in excess of $220m.
Responsibilities included:
• Collated and stored project documents for the document control team
• Assisted the Construction Manager on day to day site operations
• Developed Request for Change Order (RFCO) tracking tool for the Procurement Director
• Supported the Finance Department in preparing for an Earned Value Management (EVMS) audit
