My role as Operations Manager is to provide leadership of logistics, materials,
supply chain management, planning, and manufacturing functions and to manage
these tasks directly. My responsibilities include:
Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of products in
compliance with company goals and objectives
Coordinating and overseeing manufacturing operations in order to
forecast orders and meet customer demands
Analyzing delivery and inventory issues and provide solutions
Participating actively in standardization, cost reduction, and finding out
ERP system protocols
Organizing and directing workflow for satisfying production
requirements in a cost efficient manner
Managing the purchasing, stock control, distribution, production, and
scheduling tasks for multiple manufacturing regions
Promoting the design, development, and implementation of warehouse,
distribution and logistics solutions.
Liaising with the product line manager on planning and predicting
customer orders to satisfy shipments
Managing relationships with Suppliers and distributors
Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve
efficiency. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory.
Responsible for plant operations and maintenance. Establish plant policies and
procedures. Responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain
community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. My responsibilities
included:
Directing and coordinating plant operations within company policies and
procedures.
Maintaining a clean and safe plant
Establish and direct plant policies and procedures
Responsible for plant production goals and setting KPI's

Conferring with department heads to ensure coordination of machines
