Prepare and Implement SOP as per the standards of the Company and International/Local Rules and Regulations.

Provide shipping instruction to Logistics team/Airlines /Freight Forwarders.
Coordinate with various shipping lines, Airlines and Freight forwarders for the smooth running of the Freight movements.
Manage and control warehouse functions (Acceptance, checking and inventory, space allocation, Issue of materials etc.).
Coordinate with the Airline, Forwarder and the Insurance Company for the claims of Damaged or Missed shipments.
Coordinate with accounts department for the duty or duty deposit payment to the customs to avoid delay in clearance and demurrage charges.
Coordinate with the suppliers for RMA (Return Material Authorization) shipments.

Preparation of Shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Shipper’s Declaration for Export / Road feeder shipments (General Cargo).
Preparation of Shipping documents for DGR shipments.
Attestation of shipping documents with respective government authorities for Export shipments.
Provide shipping instruction to the shipping line/Airline to execute the Bill of Lading or Air way bill.
Plan and execute export shipments from Oman to various branches of the company as per the load plan.
Coordinate with various shipping lines, Airlines and Freight forwarders for the smooth running of the Freight movements.

Send all the documents and Pre alert to the destination office for the clearance without any delay.
Receive all the import shipping documents from various offices of the company and Coordinate with Shipping lines/Airlines/ Forwarder for the clearance of the shipment without any delay.
Coordinate with accounts department for the duty or duty deposit payment to the customs to avoid delay in clearance and demurrage charges.
Supervise the inventory to make sure the accuracy of the imported items.
Update the system with Import/Export/RFS shipments details.
Prepare and update the project team with Freight Tracking Report.
