Project: The Construction of the Municipal Palace of Zouk Mosbeh- Lebanon. Cost: USD 6Million. Composed of 3 Basements, Ground Floor and 3 Floors, Including a Theatre, a Cultural Centre and a Gymnasium.

Project: Burj Vista Towers (Downtown Dubai-UAE), Client EMMAR. Cost 245 Million.
Composed of a Podium (7 Floors) and 2 Towers: one- 66 Floors and One-20Floors.
From The Structural, Civil Works, External Facades to fit Out and Landscaping to Handing Over; Assuring completion of the Cycles on time, Meeting quality and Cost Requirement of the Contract and Adhering to Company's Safety and Quality Practices.
Also Acting as Contractor Engineer for all dealings with Dubai Municipality.
Project: Opera Grand Tower( Downtown Dubai- U.A.E). Client: EMAAR. Cost: USD 170 Million composed of 4basements, a podium, 6 Town Houses and a 70 floors tower.

Tramway runs 14.5 kilometres along Al Sufouh Road.
Managing the civil works of a section composed of 3.5 Km of Viaduct, 4 Stations with Connection to 2 Metro
Bridges, 2 Pedestrian Link Bridges, 3 Traffic Junctions and a Service Road with a team of 3 Senior Engineers,
350 Workers & Subcontractors. Implemented the planned methods and standards and Performed activities
including trial Pits, Traffic Diversions, Relocation & Protection of the existing Utilities, Concrete & Steel
Structure, mechanically stabilized earth Walls, Installation of the Dry & Wet utilities including Traffic
Signals, Construction of the Tracks slabs, Connection to the Existing Utilities and the finishing of the Roads,
Viaduct & Stations
Project: Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi- U.A.E, (a High-Rise Hospital of 21 Floors, including Landscaping-
Client: Mubadala-Aldar, - Cost: USD 1, 600, 000, 000; The Project covers an area of 450, 000 m2 with high end
finishes.
I Managed the Stone Package including Flooring, Wall Cladding, Toilets, Desktops and ONYX Walls.

Bechtel Cost: US $ 135millions.
* Construction management of 4.5 Km of Road works, 15km of Utilities and an interchange composed of 2
Bridges and a Railway Bridge. I Performed site activities including Protection of the existing 900mm Gas
Line, relocation of the existing Potable Water Pipes, NDRC- Thrust Boring, Construction of the underground
utilities including Manholes and Tie Inn, Road works and Crossings, pier and Abutment Structures,
mechanically stabilized earth Walls and the post tensioned deck, Service Culverts, Street Lighting.
Project: West Wharf Tower- Business Bay-Dubai. A High Rise Tower of 35 Floors including 3 Basements, GF and Podium- Cost: US $ 50millions.
Project: The Dubai Mall, part of the Burj Dubai Development- Client: Turner. Cost: US $ 1.4 billion.
Responsible for the Parking and Ice Skating Areas.

* Responsible for Internal Decoration. I handled the coordination of speciality work and handing over
completed sections including decorative wallpaper, curtains, carpets, paintings, decorative lighting and soft
furniture.

I assisted in the Infrastructure (Fire Hydrant, Oil & Gas Networks and all the wet and dry utilities and substructure), the Jetties Superstructure and the taxi ways and the runway (including earthworks, Subgrades Concrete and Asphalt works).
