•Managing a dynamic team including Supervisors, Store keepers, Dispatch in Charges, data entries, Forklift Operators, and Helpers. Coordinating.
•Ensuring optimum space utilization of the warehouse at all times.
•Scheduling work for the warehouse with maximum utilization of available resources.
•Oversee warehouse facility, stock housekeeping and site security.
•Comply with all audit requirements including COSO test effectiveness.
•Monitoring KPIs and take corrective actions for deviations from standards.
•Motivating, organizing and encouraging the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
•Panning future capacity requirements.
•Compliance to ERP standard of Incident Reporting and Investigation in terms of reporting time, quantity and quality of the reports and investigation including documentation and corrective/preventive actions implementation.
•Member of HAASP team in RUH Plant
•Member of Safety commit team in RUH plant
•Manage the stocks, and trucking the stock movement.
•Create & improve the work process.
•Manage the inventory in monthly bases and tracking the stock daily.
•Mange and create report for:
- Stock
- Utility
- Tracking P.O. / Call off
- Disposal
- KPI’s
- Warehouse utilizations
- Stock inventory reconciliation
- Forklift and equipment
•Work with AIB audit team.
•Work with Safety team.
•Handel the Work with other department (Purchasing / QA / Production / Planning / Agro / Finance / Export / Sales / Freight / Fleet)
