• Set plans with the distributors to increase trade sell out in 6 countries
• Developed with the Marketing department and distributors novelties launch plans
• Held regular meetings with retailers to follow up and improve ranking, sell out and marketing activities
• Managed distributors’ P&L as well as forecasting annual purchases and sell in
• Monitored the distributors’ stock on hand regularly against overstocking and set plans to re-boost slow references and liquidate old lines
• Budget and Landing preparation with the Finance Department
