Responsibilities:
• Advice and monitor the business on key fronts i.e. Shrinkage, Stock loss, Cash loss, Administration controls and Policy compliance.
• Assessing the risk of loss from end to end from supply chain to our sales desk by Investigating and understanding the main issues arising in store, brands, deport or office.
• Reporting performance in the key areas of loss across market.
• Health and safety Loss Prevention Reviews.
• Business continuity planning in the event of an incident that may impact our business operations.
• Review policies, procedures best practice that reduce loss and improve profitability.
• Conduct training workshops for managers and brand staffs on loss prevention.
• Employee disciplinary review, investigation i.e. support function to human resources.
• Conducting routine Shrinkage Controls Reviews I.e. deliveries, stock management, banking and cash controls, management controls, sales floor controls, administration controls, physical security, cash desk controls, routine stock review i.e. stoke results, shrinkage, stoke take status etc
• Support new projects i.e. security systems implementation standard specifications as per DPS.
Responsibilities:
• Advising the management on loss prevention strategies within the premises.
• Carrying out inspections to on-going works including fit out units in the premises.
• Site daily inspection and risk assessment, Health and Safety, Security, Customer service related.
• Managing of more than 800 guards at both initial and advance Mall stage.
• Liaising with the authority on incidents and accident follow up.
• Providing training to new guards at the site and routine briefing in-line with S.L.A.
• Help pass and coordinate orders from client, company down to guards.
• Managing access control of all mall service providers, contractors and tenants through laid down inspection mechanism and systems.
• General mall responsive duties as part of facility management and shift duty manager.
• Participating in routine fire drills and mall safety related awareness.
• Customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the Dubai mall facility and guest service-related operations as per S.O.P.
• Monitoring time management of tenant operation as per the management advisory.
• Follow required safety, emergency prevention and operational controls.
• Report all accidents, occupational illness and emergencies to senior management.
• Ensuring that all company equipment is safe and secure.
• Events coordination and crowd control management.
• Team leadership responsibility.
• Training of both in-house and security service providers on best practices.
• Enforcing mall management policies and procedures to tenants, service providers and guest.
• Ensuring the resources of the security and guest service teams are effectively deployed considering peak & trough period.
• Carrying out inspections to on-going works including fit out units in the premises.
• Presiding over mystery shopper reports and addressing arising issues timely.
• General response on matters arising as part of facility management and operation. .
• General mall investigation lead, crime trend analysis and prevention methodology design.
