KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES:
Formulate the sales strategy & growth plans for key accounts.
Use networking skills and market intelligence to build a strong base of the key accounts.
Enhance merchandising and ensure rightful shelf space by working within the company’s allocated promotional cost and ensure the most effective spending in driving sales and strengthening brand image.
Responsible for achieving planned sales through partners, vendors and distributors by providing direction, motivation, training, promoting and maintaining positive relationship.
Identify key market trends, monitor and report tactical moves from competitors in areas such as pricing discount schemes, special offers and marketing strategies.
Work closely with senior management in defining pricing strategies to ensure correct pricing of products to retain and build key accounts.

Developed potential & substantial new business spread in Polymer Additives, Industrial Chemicals, Home Care, Crop Care, Geo Technologies, Coating & Polymers, Lubricants, Oil & Gas in the International markets covering Middle East & North Africa.
