• *Duties & Responsibilities: o To check that all tests for raw material and concrete samples are made right and on time as inspection and testing Plan.
o To coordinates with the sales supervisor in every new project to prepare quotation.
o To coordinate with the production supervisors daily to prepare the material of the day.
o To visit then sites in every new projects mix design to check quality of concrete supplied is
acceptable.
o To contact ITL for calibration Lab equipment and Batch Plant as quality Control program system without delay.
o To check that the lab staff knows their duties.
o To develop good relation with ITL managers.
o To coordinates with maintenance supervisors to repair and maintain the laboratory equipment,
transit mixers, concrete pumps and batching plants.
o Daily to check out the important mix and customer with the concrete inspector.
o To study the specification and prepare the concrete mix design as per the specification.
o To prepare the required reports requested by the customer.
o To visit the quarries from time to maintain the quality of the raw material.
o Ability to conduct quality assurance and quality control testing analysis as statistical view.
