HR Staffing Coordinator at Overseas Bechtel Inc

1. Coordinates project staffing of Field Non-Manual employees in coorperation with project recruitment team & project management team.
2. Acts as liaison between project management & functional HRD in Houston & London offices.

13. Regular contacts with projects department manager with regards to their staffing requirements.
14. Helps coordinate furniture and space allocation, space planning, & needs, such as telephone, word processing, and mail service.
15. Interviews, recommends the selection of, trains, & plans & schedules activities for clerical and other support personnel.
16. Attend weekly staffing conference call with Bechtel London office along with all department managers and/or representatives
17. Conducting HR Induction & Bechtel Orientation (Corporate & Civil) for new hires and transferrees. Conducting Safety Toolbox talk to all Bechtel project employees.
