Role:
• Formulating and implementing Human Resource Department for the Group
• Standardizing and streamlining the HR functions throughout the Group
• Managing a wide gamut of functions like HR Policies, Organisation Structure, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Implementation of new HRMS, Employee Benefits Management, etc.
