Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs

Maintaining manual and system ledger from time to time.
Conducting team meet to discuss the elevations required in performing the assigned duties.
• Promoting and conducting H4K workshops by training the Sunday school teachers
• Follow up to check implementation of learning in workshops and assist in execution of new learned styles and techniques.

Offsite training in Fiji islands for being an Implementation Field Worker in H4K
