• Successfully calibrating, troubleshooting and maintaining Temperature (RTD & TC), pressure, flow, level, analytical transmitters/sensors, proximity, limit switch, valves /actuators, and VFD-controlled motors in the Silo conveyors, Tank Farm, Refinery, Preparation, Solvent Extraction, Effluent Treatment, and Acid plants
• Creating a control panel operation sequence and ensuring correct operation and maintenance of the power plant generators
• Configuring SPI projects and managing PPM data base for instruments/equipment and testing to ensure that all rewound motors are within required specifications
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Consistently met the eight-loop daily target and made continual improvements to working conditions, ensuring zero injuries or accidents, as well as compliance with HSE standards
• Collaborated with a team of 24 in the Commissioning of EGINA FPSO project, supervised a team of eight staff, and won the most organised and diligent team of the E&I Department
• Revised instrumentation guidelines to address exceptions and provided required clarification and guaranteed safe systems of work by ensuring team members endorsed the Permit-To-Work
• Participated in the development of instrumentation operating procedures and provided technical support
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performed diagnostic inspections to monitor automated systems and repaired issues both remotely and on-site

• Carried out loop checking, troubleshooting and maintaining the High Integrity Protection System (HIPS), Hydrocarbon Blanket/Recovery packages and production riser systems
