-Maintaining accurate inventory management system.
-Inventory movements booking.
-Posting to accounting module.
-Pricing the new products.
-Creation of new references.
-Control of production items on inventory management system.
-Ensuring timely closure and correct balances.
-Carrying-out stock counts including reconciliations on variances and the record keeping.
-Investigating and correcting any negative stocks, carrying out random counts and taking action to deal with any dead stock.
-Partake in any scheduled stock takes as required.
-Controlling stock within the branch by identifying issues resolving stock problems to reduce and prevent losses.
-Building, developing and maintaining credible, effective relationships with colleagues.
-Reception of stock goods on the system.
-Preparation of packing lists for local and offshore shipments.
-Free zone warehouse control and management including preparation of delivery notes for shipments and accurate maintenance of stock.
-Daily Statistical reports and analysis.
-Creating codes for new items.
-Pricing new items.
-Price update for existing items.
Being one of the 6 persons that have found and created the non profitable social organization of our village located in bekaa rashaya.

-Plannification & coordination of events, & distribution of duties
