Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling blu portfolio across Hotel Chains such as Byblos Group, InterContinental Group, Marriott Group, Action Group, Holiday Inn, Roda Group of Hotels, Al Hokair Group, Al Khoory Hospitality, MOBH Group, Madinat Group of Hotels, Jannah Group of Hotels, etc., around the UAE region.
• Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider in order to solve client/customer issues in an effective manner.
• Assess client issues and provide recommendations to escalate concerns, solve problems and provide technical support.
• Create and maintain a database of service and solutions provided with date and next call to action.
• Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service and maintenance recruitments.
• Maintain good relationships with clients/customers and to follow through with a customer base file for future reference.
