Responsible of handling a team, assisting the team member for any business deals.
Engaged in Pre-Sales Activities such as; generating the BOQ as per the Tender documents or specifications provided by Consultant or End-user.
Responsible for preparing the Commercial proposal and Pre-qualification documents.
Project Coordination.
Negotiating a commercial agreement which will serve to benefit both customer and supplier and aiming to win a new business
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations; Creating detailed proposal documents to prospective customer; Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions; Gathering market and customer information
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries; Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Presenting the products and services in a structured professional way face toface
• Punching Sales Inquiry, Quotation and Delivery Order using IEBS, computer software similar to SAP (System Application and Products).
• Coordinate with the Sales Engineer regarding their Sales and Marketing needs.
• Sending inquiry to the Producer / Manufacturer or Distributor of the Brand Name.
• Make stand designs for exhibit/tradeshow as per marketing team settled.
• Attend tradeshow and entertain the people coming to our company’s stand and introduce our products to them.
• Design and Layout company literature like posters, stickers, calendars, brochures etc.
• Prepare layouts for cold room storage using AutoCAD. Make revision as per design requirements.
• Sketch/Illustrate in detail drawings all accessories like evaporator, condenser.
• Attending customer, ensuring high-quality service is maintained.
• Deal with many kinds of producers and distributors of raw material for printing.
• Prepare sales reports and invoices.
• Monitor and mitigate expenses relating to consumable purchase, utilities and others.
• Responsible for the cash handling, inventory and profit calculation.
• Taking Pictures.
