9. To follow up our clients and acquire their feedback regarding our prices and project status.

10. To maintain good relationship with our clients by constant communication.

11. To liaise and distribute all necessary information to technical and sales department to ensure positive results of the project.

12. Inquires prices and material availability to our manufacturers to make sure the prices & delivery requirements of the client will be met.

13.Prepares quotation based on the updated price list from our manufacturers and negotiate with the
client as per their budget capacity.

14. To ensure proper documentation of all important updates of our projects for future references.

15. To generate monthly reports (Stats & Charts) to be given to our Sales Director.
