EXPERT IN FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS
* Reporting to the Project QA/QC Manager.
* Ensure the implementation of QMS and its Effectiveness for Project by preparation and implementation of Project
Quality Plan.
* Engineering and Procurement control by review of TBEs, Material Requisitions, Request for Quotations, Purchase
Orders, Material approval Requests
* Identify the control of vendor documents with respect to criticality levels. Review of Vendor Documents, Ensure
and arrange Pre Inspection Meetings, Control and monitoring of Inspection activities at vendor locations
* Preparation of Quality Documents as per project scope and client specification requirements and ensure its
implementation throughout project
* Plan and monitor the project KPIs, Audits, Awareness trainings
* Co-ordinate & Liaise with Engineering Consultant and subcontractors for quality related issues.
* Liaise with TPI for in process, final inspection, documentation and associated quality control activities for the
equipment/materials purchased intended for the project.
* Coordinate with client representatives on matters involving quality Assurance and Control.
* Preparation of QA/QC lessons Learnt register. Identify and manage risks that could impact quality objectives.
* Performing Internal Audits and Quality Surveillance Audits to ensure implementation of QMS
* Ensure the Control of Non Conformances, Corrective action reports by monitor, report nonconformities, and
maintain relevant records.
* Review of vendor manufacturing record book prior to dispatch to ensure all the inspection, document requirements
are been followed through all stages as per approved process control procedures
* Approval of project material by review of material test certificates and inspection documents
* Familiar with material like Carbon Steel, Stainless steel, Duplex Steel, Non Ferrous materials.
* Review construction drawings, ensure the drawings confirms to project specifications & standards.
* Review of work scope to determine WPS requirements with respect to ranges of materials, sizes and proposed
welding processes in line with specification and code requirements.
* Conduct and prepare PWPS, WPS, PQR & WQT as required for the projects.
* Conduct Quality Awareness Training for the project Team and Job specific Quality awareness for the working Crew.
* Prepare and maintain the Weekly & Monthly Quality Status, KPI, Welders Performance and Etc.
* Implementation of Quality Procedures and follow up with QC inspectors for daily site activities
* Allocate works to Inspectors and monitor their inspections controls
* Monitor and conduct Weekly Quality Walk through for Materials Preservation and storage for the Project Materials
and consumables.
* Ensure the proper coordination of NDE activities with subcontractors.
* Witness of Mechanical Testing Activities, Witness of Valve Testing, Review of test packages, Line check, punch
listing and witness of pressure testing
* Guide the construction team as per project procedures, ITPs, applicable codes & standards.
* Identifying the Specific Weld Procedures for Hot Tap Works & Mock-ups.
* Involve in pre start up walkthrough and ensure the mechanical completions
* Review and Ensure close out of final quality documentation for the Project as per Clients requirements
Materials
* Familiar in material such as ASTM A36, A53, A106 Grade A, B, A105, A234, A333, A350, A216, API 5L Grade B,
API 5L X52, API 5L X65, A312 TP304L, TP316L, ASTM A358 TP304L, A182, CuNi, BS EN 10025 S275, S355, FRP and
GRE etc
