Head of Arts and Design Department:
- Leading the Art and Design department and overseeing the implementation and development of the MYP and DP curriculum across grade levels.
- Developing and mapping the curriculum vertically and horizontally, and following up regularly with the team to update the curriculum as per the students’ needs.
- Monitoring a proper and authentic application of the planned curriculum within both Arts and Design, through coordinating assessment and moderation processes, as well as creating remedial action plans and timelines based on data analysis, ensuring fairness and consistency in evaluating students’ work.
- Organizing and curating DP and MYP Arts and Design exhibitions to celebrate students' achievements and promote community engagement with the arts.

through the exhibition and the IB results with a 100% pass rate surpassing the world average.
Personal Project Coordination:
- Leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Personal Project by collaborating with the MYP team to align the PP with its needed requirements.
- Assigning supervisors to students and providing guidance and support to both supervisors and students throughout the project, by conducting workshops and training sessions for both, helping them understand the project's requirements.
- Developing and maintaining timelines and checklists, ensuring students meet deadlines with high-level outcomes.
- Coordinating assessments and moderation processes with the supervisors as per the assigned deadlines and requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with supervisors, students, and parents.
- Organizing, planning, and curating the PP exhibition to celebrate students' achievements.
