Supervise relevant personnel during both engineering and execution phases of the project.
Checking for readiness of mechanical completion dossiers of systems, accordingly with QA&OC system, in collaboration with others departments and client representatives,
Prepare Flushing packages ( Mark-Up P&ID’s and other attachment of the package)
Arrange Air blowing, Water Flushing Inspection.
Daily update of the Pre commissioning dossier ( Flushing & Re-instatement)
Prepare the daily permit and make sure the execution of the activity is done in line with the work permit.
Control the piping preparation, cleaning, drying were done in accordance with procedures and standards.
Preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up execution plan; development of planning and scheduling of pre-commissioning and commissioning plan for entire projects and integration with Client planning for commissioning and start-up
Advising and support client operation team for preparation of unit for start-up, during start-up and normal operation
To define the organization chart and necessary resources for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
Identification of systems and sub-systems by marking up of PFD’s and PID’s - system definition.
Development, review of pre-commissioning scenarios and material list for pre-commissioning and commissioning such as sacrificial valves, quick opening valves, temporary spools, temporary silencers, temporary strainers, etc.
Ensure that Safety, Health, Environment Policy, and Management System are adhered and that safe working practices are carried out at all times.
Develop and prepare Pipeline Pre commissioning &Commissioning Execution Plan.
Attend meetings, both internal and with Client, to examine and discuss the technical aspects of the Pre commissioning activity.

Manage the preparation within the approved methodology and all applicable specification including procedures.
Review project scope and specification to develop strategy for pre-commissioning & Commissioning and project close out
Plan and Coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers etc., for timely availability and supervision as required.
Arrange Air blowing, Water Flushing, Water disinfection & Pigging Activity Inspection.
Development of safety procedures to be used during pre-commissioning & commissioning activities such as tagging, vessels entry for inspections, isolation & blind installation procedures and work permit procedures in collaboration with HSE department,
To ensure that all Pre-Commissioning activities are carried out with highest regard to the health and safety of all personnel and protection of the environment.
To ensure that all Pre-Commissioning work is undertaken in accordance with the Company management system and project specific documentation.
To be fully familiar with the contractual and technical content of a project prior to commencing any planning.
Maintain close liaison with line management
Proposing optimization and improvements for the areas of responsibility
Manage all Mechanical preparation for Chemical Cleaning activities
Coordinate with Sub Contractor for the Hydro milling and Chemical Cleaning works.
Prepare Materials needed for Final re-instatement after the pre commissioning activity (Gasket, nuts & bolts, etc. as per Isometric).
Act as Site Engineer and Supervise the Foreman and Pipefitter.
Conduct daily work discussion to the Manpower in the field in accordance to Standard Procedure and Safety.
Prepare Mark Up P&ID’s
Perform technical Communication with subcontractors/vendors
Facilitates the testing of the chemicals that use in the cleaning process, performs analysis of evaluation results and submits evaluation report to the Client.
Site Supervision and technical direction of Chemical Cleaning assign Project.
Take charge of the disinfection process on the water storage tank and water lines.
Ensures that all approved Method of statement and procedures, process controls and standards are being properly implemented and consistently followed.
Supervises and oversees the foreman and Pipe fitters and conducts regular discussion regarding safety performance and activity plans
Coordinates with the Safety Supervisors or Officer for all Health, Safety and Environmental concerns.
Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Chemical Cleaning - Product Line Manager and Operation Manager from time to time.
Coordinates with the Client on all processing and operation activities
Facilitates the evaluation and testing of incoming raw materials for conformance to quality standards, performs analysis of evaluation results and submits evaluation report to the QA Supervisor
Ensures that all Management-approved quality system procedures, process controls and standards are being properly implemented and consistently followed
Conducts random inspection and audit of the production lines, boiler, scrubber and wastewater treatment systems for abnormalities and nonconformance’s
Supervises and oversees the QA Inspector, Laboratory Technicians, Line Inspectors, Flux Tenders, and QA Segregator/Recovery Personnel and conducts regular discussion regarding daily line performance and activity plans.
Assists the QA Supervisor in investigating quality and process problems, customer complaints and other nonconformities and recommends corrective and preventive actions
Audits quality data (yield and recovery), explains discrepancies and generates the Daily Quality Yield report, Weekly Quality report as well as the Quarterly Management Review report
Acts as Shift-in-charge in the absence of the Shift Engineer
Determine the Zinc Coating of GI sheet by Triple Spot Test
Perform testing for conformance to specification of all incoming material used in GI sheet manufacturing.
Attends the Daily Operations meeting, Weekly Operations meeting, and the Quarterly Management review
Increase production efficiency and product quality and reduce production cost
Analyze the solution used in the cleaning line ( Caustic Soda and Hydrochloric Acid) and determine the Iron (Fe) content of Acid Solution
Perform wastewater treatment (Neutralization) accordingly
Collect sample and measure finished width, pitch and depth of the corrugated GI sheet.
Do Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis
Conduct Spectroscopy Analysis and analyze different metallic analysis one of which is Gold by the used of AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy) and operate Spectrophotometer
Conduct analysis of solution, Hull Cell (Gold, Pure Tin, Tin Lead, Nickel)
Operate and conduct thickness test by the used of XRF 9200 and XRF 3200 (Coating Thickness Gauge)
Conduct Dimensional Test by the used of Profile Projector (Nikon V-12)
Corrosion test by the used of High Humidity and High Temperature (HHHT) and Salt Spray Test (SST)
Monitors and maintain the conductivity and pH of rinsing water
Perform preventive maintenance of all laboratory equipment (SST, HHHT, AAS Equipment)
Prepare all the Laboratory Reagent needed in all daily analysis.
