Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for all the aspects of business - General Administration, Sales, Business Development, Financial and Personnel functions of the company.
• Adopting strategies to lead the team to success ensure the profitability and competitiveness.
• Develop, implement & maintain an efficient internal control environment, financial and HR policies and procedures in various divisions.
• Train the team on the latest market trends and help them to adapt changes while adhering to the business strategy.
and Responsibilities:-
•Responsible for all financial and personnel aspects of the company.
•Looking after the personal data, visa and work permit processing and supervision of month/year end accounting, audit etc, and generation of various financial analytical reports.
•Develop, implement & maintain an efficient internal control environment, financial policies and procedures.
•Preparation of budgets, analysis of cash flows and reports the management on a timely basis.
•Assist in the administration functions of the company in consultation with the management.
•Responsible for all personnel records including profiles, job descriptions, leave and visa records etc.
and Responsibilities:-
•Complete handling of books of accounts up to finalization
•Bank, global suppliers’ accounts and debtors ledger reconciliation.
•Management of sundry debtors and creditors and preparation of periodical credit reports & Management of Cash.
•Preparation and analysis of financial statements - budgets, cash flow and fund flow and business plans.
•Liaison with banks and other financial institutions.
•Analyzing the cost aspect of the contracts in consideration of the types of costs in order to bring the same to its minimal and .
and Responsibilities:-
•Responsible for the business performances of the company, including but not limited to Sales and marketing, Finance, IT and HR.
•Ensure the growth of the company and maximize the profit levels.
•Close monitoring of the market and make decision regarding the rental and other leasing, buying or selling options.
•Work in line with the policies of the management and lead the team to a profitable scenario.
and Responsibilities:-
•Responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of company’s branches in UAE, Bahrain and KSA and ensure the procedures and financial controls are aligned to the needs of the company.
•Supervision of month/year end accounting, audit, consolidation of group accounts in the regional level & generation of various financial analytical reports.
•Develop effective Management information systems across all functional areas to facilitate timely information feed to management.
•Assisting / advising in the administrative and personnel functions of the company, negotiate and manage all banking facilities and relationships.
•Supervise the import, export, re export & transit transactions between various countries and FREE ZONES and co-coordinating the documentation part of the same.
