Job Description:
• Provide full secretarial service to Operations Manager & Operations Department.
• Provide high-level administrative support by preparing management reports,
• handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging calls, and scheduling meetings and appointments and support day to day plant operations

• Submit to HR monthly day off schedule of Grade 4 & above employees
• Fix and control the attendance for Operations Department (115 employees), ensuring proper compliance with the office timing
• Verify the documents and ensure to provide correct documentation to payroll for salary processing (attendance & overtime reports) on monthly basis
• Responsible in renewing the health card for Operations Department (115 employees),

• Coordinate all divisional employee documentation such as clearance to withdraw passports and PR related documents
